摘要: This article examined the role of value orientations and attitudes toward aquatic invasive species (AIS) on responsible boating behavior to reduce likelihood spreading AIS. Mitigation strategies developed prevent spread AIS are most successful when determinants behaviors well understood. Data were collected using a self-administered mail survey regionally stratified random sample registered boaters in Illinois. Results provided support for distinction attitude into affective behavioral components. While significant predictors environmental concern past behavior, these components good intentions future behavior. Identifying influential will help resource managers design effective intervention spread.
