摘要: Abstract This paper presents a study of the temperature reached during drilling titanium alloy Ti6Al4V, employing class K10 carbide drills with and without hard coating (TiAlN, CrCN or TiCN). The main object this was to evaluate for different coated tools under condition application minimal quantity lubricant (MQL). process chosen effect lubrication obtained MQL, where applied either an external nozzle internally through drill. results show potential MQL tool. For nozzle, restricted small depths limited reference requirements surface quality hole.
