摘要: This article seeks to inform current debates on the changing architecture for global governance by cataloguing and suggesting evaluation criteria alternative multilateral arrangements. Rather than describing a system in crisis, it focuses dynamics of change flexibility which established intergovernmental organizations are challenged meet new demands requirements while accommodating mandates members as well nonstate actors with reach.
