摘要: In the past many patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated chemotherapy because of high response rates to combinations that reported by end 1970s. More recent data from randomized trials, however, have led researchers question value applying combination routinely in disease. Results phase II and III studies conducted EORTC Gastrointestinal Group will be discussed, implications for current treatment future studies. Extensive reviews literature been published elsewhere.1,2
