摘要: Abstract The effect of nanocrystals on pit initiation in metallic glasses is an unresolved issue. passive film formation and the Al–Ni–Ce glass were investigated using situ electrochemical atomic force microscope (EC-AFM). α-Al nanophases identified from amorphous matrix based upon phase imaging tapping mode AFM. In early stage formation, corrosion products Al(OH) 3 formed nanoparticles due to galvanic coupling. incorporated into changed local structure component film, lowering its stability.
