摘要: We developed a biomineral-inspired hybrid material composed of CaCO3 and an organic polymer as column packing for HPLC. This combines hierarchical mesoporous structure the functionality polymer. The surface monodispersed microspheres was modified with poly(maleic acid-alt-1-octadecene) (PMAcO) comprising hydrophobic alkyl chains anionic carboxylate groups. PMAcO adsorbed onto through electrostatic interaction between Ca2+ sites groups, resulting in octadecene coated microsphere interface. These were applied HPLC exhibited reversed-phase retention behavior separation alkylbenzenes. showed high alkaline mobile phase resistance compared conventionally ODS material. Quantitative analysis basic antidepressants clomipramine imipramine spiked into whole blood achieved phase, demonstrating potential stationary practical applications routine analyses drugs requiring phases.
