摘要: This paper introduces the Brazilian Institute for Web Science Research, which will congregate 110 researchers from 10 institutions. Investigations conducted within range understanding impact has on daily lives of individuals to meeting challenges graph. They adress problems developing software Web-wide applications, searching, retrieving and managing data stored in hundreds millions sites, proposing novel architectures that overcome limitations current infrastructure.
