Strain-tunable Josephson current in graphene-superconductor junction

摘要: Strain effects on Josephson current in a graphene-superconductor junction are explored theoretically. It is demonstrated that the supercurrent an oscillatory function of zigzag direction strain with strain-dependent oscillating frequency. Interestingly, it found under armchair can be turned on/off cutoff strain. In view properties current, we propose strained graphene to utilized as switch.
