摘要: Abstract This paper is a brief investigation of one the outstanding problems in Chalcolithic archaeology Negev desert Israel: that spatial distribution sites and possible relationships between these may be inferred. Although region rich archaeological data for period, very little work has thus far been undertaken terms quantification – necessary prerequisite complex analysis. Nevertheless, simple analysis settlement patterns using presently available 403 given as an example. Autocorrelation tests measuring clustering dispersion show overall impression factor access to farming land, water, grazing Mediterranean maquis, but smaller scale suggests were essentially random. makes it difficult argue favour hierarchies or structured any kind.
