摘要: Objective: Vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C), a member of the VEGF family, has been reported to promote angiogenesis and tumor cell growth. In this study, we analyzed inhibitory action VEGF-C antisense oligoxydeonucleotide (ASODN) on lung carcinoma line A-549 its invasive ability in vitro. Methods: Liposomes, liposome-mediated sense (SODN) ASODN were transfected into cells, with blank control group. The expression was examined by western blotting cells detected at four levels. Results: Lower lower recombinate basal membranes apparent ASOND group (P0.05). invasion assay, number transmembrane significantly reduced after 48 hours (58.6{\pm}9.2 P, , P>0.05). Conclusions: can downregulate lines obviously inhibit
