摘要: An improved analytical method to determine the content of 52 major, minor and trace elements in marine geological samples, using a HF-HCl-HNO3 acid system with high-pressure closed digestion (HPCD), is studied by an inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) mass (ICP-MS). The operating parameters instruments are optimized, optimal determined. influences spectrum interferences, methods systems on results investigated. spectral lines isotopes chosen, internal standard element rhodium selected compensate for matrix effects signals drifting. Compared electric heating plate microwave digestion, optimized less acid, complete damage process. samples dissolved completely system, relative error (RE) all than 6.0%. detection limits 2–40 μg/g ICP-OES, 6–80 ng/g ICP-MS. used sediment reference materials (GBW07309, GBW07311, GBW07313), rock (GBW07103, GBW07104, GBW07105), cobalt-rich crust (GBW07337, GBW07338, GBW07339), obtained agreement certified values, both deviation (RSD) meets requirements determining contents bulk samples.
