摘要: Among the large number of potassium channels so far described, ATP-sensitive K+ (K ATP channels) have recently attracted considerable interest since current studies revealed their essential role in diverse fundamental physiological processes. Such ATP-regulated been identified numerous cell types including endocrine cells, smooth muscle cardiac cells and central neurons.
