摘要: This study focuses on factors related to an older worker's decision accept a pension and how this influences subsequent market work. A life-cycle model is used which emphasizes the asset nature of in particular includes changes potential earnings streams due work restrictions imposed by pension. The empirical results show that timing acceptance depends upon actuarial value plan at different ages, not payments any one year. While health affects decision, voluntary economic variables play major role for both healthy those ill health.
