摘要: Over the past three years, three-dimensional structures of a number zinc proteinases that share zinc-binding motif HEXXHXXGXXH have been elucidated. These comprise astacin, digestive enzyme from crayfish [1,2,3], adamalysin II [4,5] and atrolysin C [6] snake venom, Pseudomonas aeruginosa alkaline proteinase [7] serralysin Serratia marcescens [8], collagenases human neutrophils [9,10,11]) fibroblasts [12,13,14,15], stromelysin 1 [16; K. Appelt, personal communication] matrilysin [M. Browner, Keystone Symposia, March 5–12, 1994]. enzymes represent four different families peptidases: astacins [3,17], bacterial serralysins [18], adamalysins/reprolysins [19,20], matrixins (matrix metalloproteinases, MMPs) [21,22].
