摘要: Abstract : Catalytic antibodies are proteins that catalyze chemical reactions by binding to the transition state and lowering energy of activation. Transition analogs stable compounds mimic geometry electronic structure structure. These haptens conjugated used elicit desired immunoglobulins. have been accelerate hydrolysis ammonolysis reactions, cis-trans isomerizations, Diels-Alder alter product ratios for cyclization reactions.
