摘要: Abstract This is a study of the effect temperature and thulium doping on TiO2 nanoparticles how it affects photocatalytic activity. The ball mill method was used to synthesize pure 2.0 at. %, 3.7 % y 4.8 Tm-doped TiO2. To Tm-doping annealing structural electronic properties samples synthesized they influence activity, were annealed at three temperatures, 773 K, 973 K 1173 K. Then, characterized analysed using ICP-AES, XRD, Raman spectroscopy, FT-IR, XPS UV–Vis spectroscopy. shown delay amorphous-anatase-rutile phase transformation, high temperatures crystalline pyrochlore obtained due formation mixed oxide Tm2Ti2O7, which significantly improved photoactivity predominant rutile phase.
