摘要: Abstract Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which is characterized by steatosis, a major public health concern. Previous studies have shown that chokeberry has anti-inflammatory, antimutagenic, hepatoprotective, cardioprotective, and antidiabetic effects. In this study, we hypothesized powder can attenuate the expression of genes related to de novo lipogenesis triglyceride levels in hepatocytes mice with high-fat diet–induced NAFLD. After coadministering for 8weeks (0.5% 1% powder) diet, consumed diets, regardless dose, had significantly lower than control were fed diet ( P =.0145 =.009) acetyl-CoA carboxylase =.0032) liver. Compared group, acid synthase (FAS) increased but both powder–treated groups decreased FAS =.0157
