摘要: At low concentrations of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) at pH 8.0 the rates DIC transport and fixation by Synechococcus leopoliensis were markedly stimulated addition Na+ Carbonic anhydrase (CA) gave similar results. The Na+-stimulated photosynthesis was inhibited Li+ whereas CA-stimulated not. a high concentration (1 mM) overcame need for either or CA. We suggest that HCO3− CA CO2 (by increasing supply rate to cells).
