摘要: Prolonged and severe sleep deprivation is associated with alterations of natural cellular immune function. To determine whether function also occur after even a modest loss sleep, the effects early-night partial on circulating numbers white blood cells, killer (NK) cell number cytotoxicity, lymphokine-activated (LAK) activity, stimulated interleukin-2 (IL-2) production were studied in 42 medically psychiatrically healthy male volunteers. After night between 10 P.M. 3 A.M., reduction responses as measured by NK activity per LAK precursors (CD16,56, CD25) was found. In addition, concanavalin A-stimulated IL-2 suppressed due to changes both adherent nonadherent populations. recovery returned baseline levels remained suppressed. These data implicate modulation immunity demonstrate that disturbance produces T cytokine production.
