摘要: Abstract Bulk size crystal growth of ADP with different concentrations doping cobalt (Co 2+ ) has been done by low cost slow evaporation technique at ambient conditions. The solubility measurement was carried out on pure and doped crystals found that the is decreasing concentrations. presence Co ion in crystalline matrix confirmed structural, vibrational elemental analyses. Scanning electron microscopic study reveals strong effect quality crystals. optical absorbance transmission confirms enhancement due to so band gap. Further dislocation, photoluminescence, dielectric mechanical studies properties grown enriched propose it as a better candidate for optoelectronic applications.
