摘要: PURPOSE: To verify the morning to evening variations of refraction, visual acuity, intraocular pressure and biomechanical parameters on patients operated by radial keratotomy who presented for refractive re-treatments; correlate with acuity their among evening. METHODS: 19 were examined, respectively thirty-eight eyes in (9 am) (6 pm), recording sphere-cylindrical dynamic (logMAR) without correction (AVsc) corrected (AVcc) ORA (Ocular Response Analyzer) parameters: corneal hysteresis (CH), resistance factor (CRF), calibrated Goldmann (IOPg) e compensated (IOPcc). Variables had no normal distribution (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test), so that Wilcoxon signed rank was used testing significance differences each variable between afternoon. The Spearman test assessing correlations afternoon, as well refraction acuity. RESULTS: Sphere (E), spherical equivalent (EE), defocus (ED), AVsc, IOPcc IOPg varied significantly (Wilcoxon, p<0.05) There more hyperopia, worse higher lower CH measurements. In measurements, there a positive correlation (Spearman, EE ED (rs=0.39 0.34 respectively), but not IOPg. measurement, Negative observed AVsc (rs= -0.48 rs= -0,51), E -0.66 -0.76), CRF -0.40 -0.47), -0.70 -0.68), -0.41 -0.46), 0.64 -0.54) -0.35 -0.34). significant negative measurement variation (p = 0.05; rs -0.30) 0.04; -0.33). CONCLUSION: More hyperopia recorded which associated (IOPcc) ten years after RK. Lower (CRF CH) A trend having fluctuation weaker corneas. New studies involving variables derived from waveform signals, beyond (derived applanation pressures) along data tomography wavefront aberrometry are necessary.
