Preparation and laser modulation investigation of quadratic electro-optical crystal Cu:KTN with gradient refractivity effect

摘要: Abstract Copper doped KTN crystals with different doping concentrations were grown by the Czochralski method. The XRD patterns show that all of are in cubic phase at room temperature. influences CuO on dielectric properties measured. Cu: exhibited color changes depending concentrations. It was found inhomogeneous composition property can be used to form gradient refractivity effect case ion doping. refractive index reaches 33×10−3/mm for KTNN crystals. Base interaction between quadratic electro-optic and effect, deflection intensity a KTa0.62Nb0.38O3 sample modulated orientations crystal. efficiency half-wave voltage modulation 45 mrad/kV 75 V, respectively.
