摘要: A procedure to measure the intracellular pH (pHi) of hybridoma cells cultivated inside batch and continuous bioreactors under controlled operating conditions was developed. Analysis done by flow cytometry using sensitive dye BCECFAM. Under physiological medium metabolite levels, a relationship found in various cultures between pHi cell specific growth rate. adverse conditions, when were exposed lower or higher ammonium ion concentration, conserved same value despite inhibition.
