摘要: Virus proliferation depends on the successful recruitment of host cellular components for their own replication, protein synthesis, and virion assembly. In course virus particle production a large number proteins are synthesized in relatively short time, whereby folding can become limiting step. Most viruses therefore need chaperones during life cycle. addition to problems interfere with processes such as signal transduction, cell cycle regulation induction apoptosis order create favorable environment avoid premature death. Chaperones involved control these some reprogram by interacting them. Hsp70 chaperones, central chaperone network, frequently recruited viruses. This review focuses function at different stages viral emphasizing mechanistic aspects.
