摘要: Fourier transform techniques have been employed to determine the spin‐lattice relaxation time and enhancement of intensity carbon‐13 signal formic acid upon strong proton irradiation—the nuclear Overhauser effect. Addition paramagnetic hexaquochromic perchlorate is found decrease factor in same proportion. Beyond a concentration about 0.1M, effectively quenched, line broadening only just becoming apparent, loss can be fully recovered by readjustment pulse conditions take advantage faster relaxation. The neat shown proceed predominantly through dipolar interaction with protons, when ions are added they act directly on carbon nuclei rather than via spins, negligible ``three‐spin effect.'' quenching technique has establish uniform intensities for four resonances vinyl acetate, where normally there wide disparity strength due unequal effects.
