摘要: The ablation of corneal tissue with the excimer laser can be variable and lead to miscorrections. purpose this study was evaluate intraoperative parameters during laser-assisted in-situ keratomileusis (LASIK) online optical coherence pachymetry (OCP). In a prospective, nonrandomized, comparative clinical study, were continuously assessed intraoperatively OCP (Heidelberg Engineering, Lubeck, Germany) in 45 myopic 10 hyperopic LASIK treatments. central values compared calculated (ESIRIS, Schwind, postoperative refraction. process rate μm per layer, time, dioptric correction evaluated corrections. treatments, linear measured mean correlation coefficient −0.968 ± 0.04. was, on average, 0.59 ± 0.17 μm 1.45 ± 0.48 μm second, 24.63 ± 7.81 μm corrected diopter. These 28.7% 29.6% higher (P < 0.001) than values. There significant for layer (r = 0.823), second (r = 0.869), diopter (r = 0.892), but no (r = 0.21, P = 0.239) between During without center, there decrease (P = 0.005) stromal thickness by 18.34 ± 14.13 μm, which corresponded dehydration 0.27 μm second. Online allowed evaluation LASIK. Further studies are needed assess possible active control from these continuous values, could possibly improve current nomograms.
