摘要: Abstract For a panel of cancer related proteins, the aim was to shed light on which molecular level expression each protein mainly regulated in breast tumors, and investigate whether differences regulation were reflected different subtypes. DNA, mRNA lysates from 251 tumor specimens analyzed using appropriate microarray technologies. Data all three levels available for 52 proteins selected their known involvement cancer, primarily through PI3K/Akt pathway. every protein, cis Spearman rank correlations between calculated across samples within intrinsic gene subtype, enabling 63 comparisons altogether due multiple probes matching single proteins. Subtype-specific relationships studied by calculating variance subtype-specific correlation overall average correlation. The findings validated an external dataset comprising 703 specimens. sorted into four groups based values levels. Group A consisted eight with significant DNA copy number expression, (Bonferroni adjusted p
