摘要: Esophageal cancer (EC) is the eighth most common and sixth frequent cause of death in whole world. Many studies have investigated association between citrus fruit intake risk EC, but results are inconsistent not analyzed by category. We aimed to perform a meta-analysis evaluate incidence consumption subtypes esophageal derive more precise estimation.Through searches PubMed, OVID, Web Science we updated 1988 systematic review up April 2016. Based on an inclusion exclusion criteria, conventional according DerSimonian Laird method was used for pooling results. Random-effect models were calculate subgroups.Twenty-five English articles (20 case-control 5 cohort studies) comprising totally 5730 patients would be suitable use this study. The result indicated inverse associations intakes EC (relative [RR] = 0.65, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.56-0.75, I 51.1%, P .001), squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) (RR 0.59, CI 0.47-0.76, 60.7%, .002), no significant relationship adenocarcinoma (EAC) 0.86, 0.74-1.01, 0.0%, .598).This indicates that significantly reduce ESCC obvious with EAC. Further about constituents its mechanism warranted.
