摘要: Abstract All cells continually survey their environment and make decisions based on cues encountered. This requires specific receptors that detect such cues, then transduce signals initiate the appropriate responses. B lymphocytes provide an archetypal model for ‘adaptive’ cellular responses, where transmitted by cell Ag-receptor (BCR) influence not only selection, maturation, survival, but are imperative in generating ultimate effector function of cells, i.e. antibody production. While other extracellular stimuli cognate receptor can also development, BCR-mediated way which they integrated regulated paramount defining cell’s physiological fate.
