摘要: There are several reasons for our interest in a quantitative description of the time course effect light on membrane potential plant cells. In first place, there is problem finding set appropriate parameters describing course; we can then study how these modified by various agents. Of course, maximum depolarisation or hyperpolarisation could be used this purpose. But complex systems such values correlated with biophysical and biochemical events very complicated manner thus, most cases, provide no information. Secondly, physiologists resistance, ion fluxes, photosynthetic activities etc. as well potential. For comparing measurements, it would worthwile to have ‘labelling’ reactions involved, order find out whether they involved mediating different effects. Thirdly, one expect lead an identification providing constants their interrelations.
