摘要: We report the detection of new transitions octatetraynyl (C8H) toward circumstellar envelope IRC +10 216 using data taken with 100 m Green Bank Telescope (GBT). In addition, we five features from Ku, K, and Q bands that have been identified as anion (C8H-). From a rotational temperature diagram an assumed source size 30'', find total C8H column density 8(3) × 1012 cm-2 ~13 K. detected C8H-, C8H- ~2.1 consistent ~34 K for C8H/C8H- ratio ~3.8. This observed is similar to theoretical prediction 3.6, while densities were lower than predicted by factor ~30. prompted us reinvestigate initial conditions (CSE) model. The model results are presented, they more closely match abundances GBT. Finally, use CSE predict abundance decapentaynyl (C10H), compare them measured upper limit found GBT observations.
