摘要: Abstract This paper presents a minimum void length scale control method for structural topology optimization. Void has been actively investigated decades, which intends to ensure the design manufacturable given machining tool access. However, only single lower bound applied in existing methods, does not fit multi-stage rough-to-finish machining. To fix this issue, proposed employs double bounds corresponds rough and finish operations, respectively. implemented under level set framework. For technical details, is satisfied by developing signed distance-related constraint, ensures enough space movement thus, guarantees efficiency. The addressed through curvature flow control, small features also good dimension surface. Through few numerical case studies, it proven that can be effectively controlled without sacrificing much of performance.
