摘要: A batch production system with volume flexibility in a supply chain where manufacturer procures raw materials and/or component parts from multiple suppliers lot and processes them into single product, is considered this research. First of all, decision-making model developed for an optimal rate selection the volume-flexibility system, type finished products delivered periodically fixed quantities within interval time. In model, perceived as decision variable unit cost becomes function rate. This takes account not only inventory costs goods, but well. Then, pragmatic computation approach presented to solve proposed special unit-production-cost functions. It used determine rate, thus decide ordering policy procurement manufacturing size. Some observations are made analysis. Finally, numerical study conducted illustrate solution set data ten problems tested compared.
