摘要: We compare the influence of using either molecular or colloidal precursors on synthesis a ceramic material containing SiC and porous carbon. Remarkably, temperature for crystalline is independent route chosen. The excess carbon in initial mixture source that binds to domains final products. Interestingly, increasing area surface contact between silicon precursor results different porosities ‘meso’ range. Simultaneous control size relative amounts Si C allows be exerted over nature texture powders. A simple general mechanism herein proposed explain evolution as function volume fraction residual synthesised ceramic.
