摘要: Context: Dentifrices-containing remineralizing agents are known to be effective in remineralization of early enamel lesions. Aims: This study aimed compare and evaluate the changes surface roughness, morphology, mineral content demineralized lesion after treatment with dentifrices-containing sodium monofluorophosphate, amine fluoride, Anticay® (calcium sucrose phosphate inorganic amorphous calcium phosphate). Settings Design: was an vitro study. Subjects Methods: Eighteen extracted maxillary molars were decoronated sectioned into four obtain 72 specimens. Specimens randomly divided different test groups: Group A: no (control), B: monofluorophosphate dentifrice (Colgate), C: fluoride (Amflor), D: (EnaFix) subjected pH-cycling for 4 weeks. After weeks, they assessed using a profi lometer scanning electron microscope (SEM)-energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX) content. Statistical Analysis Used: Intergroup comparison done repeated measures ANOVA. Results: revealed significant difference roughness between groups. SEM images showed deposition all groups obliterating defects caused due demineralization. Conclusions: Sodium fluoride-containing dentifrices, phosphate-containing found equivocal their effectiveness
