摘要: Abstract China’s manufacturing sector accounts for more than half of the country’s total energy demand, and specifically, metal processing is one sectors that consume significant energy. However, reducing electrical consumption machine tool, improving productivity, ultimately increasing profit a challenge while machining difficult-to-cut materials. To mitigate these challenges, advanced hybrid lubri-cooling gaining attention in modern manufacturing. This paper aims to explore holistic sustainability evaluation technologies cryogenic-LN2 minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) – named ‘CryoMQL’. In Addition, comparison CryoMQL with flood Ti–6Al–4V has been performed. The power, specific cutting energy, consumption, Cumulative Energy Demand (CED), carbon emission per part, cost, production cost are considered key sustainable performance measures. research findings have shown approach only when employed at high conditions. Also, LN2 inevitable reduce CED part assisted machining. addition, environmental considering Chinese manufactured products could be an effective way emissions since it shares 10.9% product. present study applicable implement 3E (i.e., Energy, Environment, Economy) concepts Manufacturing Industry.
