摘要: Abstract In order to learn effectively from measurements of generalised parton distributions (GPDs), it is desirable compute them using a framework that can potentially connect empirical information with basic features the Standard Model. We sketch an approach such computations, based upon rainbow-ladder (RL) truncation QCD's Dyson–Schwinger equations and exemplified via pion's valence dressed-quark GPD, H π v ( x , ξ t ) . Our analysis focuses primarily on = 0 although we also capitalise symmetry-preserving nature RL by connecting ± 1 valence-quark distribution amplitude. explain impulse-approximation used hitherto define GPD generally invalid owing omission contributions gluons which bind dressed-quarks into pion. A simple correction enables us identify practicable improvement approximation for expressed as Radon transform single Therewith obtain results associated impact-parameter dependent distribution, q | b → ⊥ provide qualitatively sound picture structure at hadronic scale. evolve scale ζ 2 GeV so facilitate comparisons in future experiment or other nonperturbative methods.
