Determination of meloxicam in plasma samples using a highly selective and sensitive voltammetric sensor based on carbon paste electrodes modified by molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticle–multiwall carbon nanotubes

摘要: In this study, a highly selective voltammetric sensor is introduced for the monitoring of meloxicam by using new carbon paste electrode (CPE). A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) and non-imprinted (NIP), polymerizing on surface functionalized multiwall nanotubes (MWCNTs), were synthesized then used preparation electrodes (CPEs) to improve selectivity conductivity prepared sensor. The was applied determination cathodic stripping method. MIP@MWCNT–CP showed higher recognition ability in comparison NIP@MWCNT–CP. Some parameters affecting response optimized calibration curve plotted. Under conditions, two linear dynamic ranges from 4.33 × 10−5 2.85 10−3 mg L−1 7.53 10−2 obtained. detection limit quantitation calculated be 3.22 1.1 10−4 L−1, respectively, which indicated sensitivity proposed procedure. determine plasma samples recovery results found between 98.0 102.5% method with acceptable precision less than 3.1%.
