Deficiencies in the Rule of Law in Slovenia in the Context of Central and Eastern Europe

摘要: Purpose: The article seeks to fill the gap in existing research by first analyzing interplay between rule of law and its compliance CEE region context EU accession process; second, identifying key reform measures taken against corruption clientelism third, outlining factors that have played a crucial role this process now affect quality region, particularly Slovenia. Design/Methods/Approach: The methods employed include an analysis documents qualitative interviews carried out Slovenia. Findings: In Slovenia, as well other countries, informal institutions play important number policy areas, but majority respondents find healthcare judiciary most affected. Practical Implications: This will probably be valid source those search more empirically based studies intuitions especially regards networking. It practical use charge prevention proper making.
