摘要: Opiate analgesics such as morphine are often used for pain therapy. However, antinociceptive tolerance and dependence may develop with long-term use of these drugs. It was found that -opioid receptors can interact receptors, be reduced by blocking receptors. Recent studies have shown - co-expressed in a considerable number small neurons the dorsal root ganglion. The interaction nociceptive afferents is facilitated stimulus-induced cell-surface expression contributes to tolerance. Further analysis molecular, cellular neural circuit mechanisms regulate trafficking opioid related signalling molecules pathway would help elucidate mechanism opiate analgesia improve Linked ArticlesThis article part themed section on Opioids: New Pathways Functional Selectivity.
