摘要: Objectives The aims of this report were to describe the 5-year overall survival (OS) in a group oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) patients and investigate effects age, gender, anatomic localization, tumor evolution time, smoking alcohol intake, nodal status, tumoral recurrences, histologic classification, p53 p63 immunoexpression, human papillomavirus DNA presence, treatment on prognostic outcome. Study design Survival curves generated using Kaplan-Meier method, univariate multivariate analyses made log rank test Cox regression, respectively. Results OS was 28.6%, analysis showed significant results for localization. regression demonstrated poor tumors with immunoexpression aged over 60 years. There also differences depending localizations. Conclusion These highlight influence localization OSCC evolution.
