摘要: In order to study the disappearance of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in serum after surgery for ectopic pregnancy and facilitate postoperative follow-up hCG decline serial concentrations were analysed 189 women with an uneventful course 4 patients persistent trophoblast. A double logarithmic transformation resulted a linear relationship individual hormonal versus time (r2=0.990). The decrease levels was independent from type or gestational age. calculated half life steadily increased rising interval surgery. nomogram constructed using regression lines sequential hormone concentrations. enabled detection active residual trophoblast within one week before serious complications occur. Our scheme requires only three tests be performed surgery, on day 2 7.
