摘要: The atomic oxygen concentration in the altitude range 130–240 km has been determined through use of a quadrupole mass spectrometer with strongly focusing ion source. instrument is used thermosphere probe manner that greatly increases proportion measured ions have not experienced surface collision and permits quantitative flight evaluation recombination thermalization effects; thus one can account for these effects analysis data. result obtained confirms thesis consideration significant quantifying measurements reactive gases.
