摘要: Case study research excels at bringing us to an understanding of a complex issue or object and can extend experience add strength what is already known through previous research. The work summarized by this paper discusses two different case studies in the field portals for collaborative communities, particular VectorBase BGA-Space. its core scientific database that focuses on search, data mining offers multiple integrated bioinformatics tools analyzing browsing genomic related data. BGA-Space capturing semantics from scientists during processing experiments as well preserving full life cycle enable their reuse. involve heavy application theories, concepts, knowledge commonly discussed targeted field.
