摘要: Abstract The cell composition of the presumptive epidermis Triturus pyrrhogaster gastrula was tested by means isoelectric electrophoresis. Dissociated cells from were electrophoretically divided into three zones; numbers in zones a cathode-to-anode direction, corresponded to 35, 41, and 24%, respectively, original cells. Epidermal neuralized acidified Holtfreter's solution dissociated forebrain tail-bud embryos yielded layer at position corresponding cathodal epidermis. mesodermalized bone marrow extract, dorsal blastoporal lip, distributed two layers levels anodal By neuralizing mesodermalizing treatments, about 38 66% recovered, respectively. Each these percentages corresponds very closely that zone spectrum. These findings suggest possibility an originally inhomogeneous developmental potency for each species epidermis, selective killing effect neuro-inducing substances on which are destined form mesodermal tissues and, conversely, destruction mesoderm-inducing neural tissue.
