摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect nano-selenium (NS) and yeast–selenium (YS) supplementation on feed digestibility, rumen fermentation, urinary purine derivatives in sheep. Six male ruminally cannulated sheep, average 43.32 ± 4.8 kg BW, were used a replicated 3 × Latin square experiment. treatments control (without NS YS), with 4 g nano-Se (provide mg Se), YS Se-yeast Se) per kilogram diet dry matter (DM), respectively. Experimental periods 25 days 15 adaptation 10 sampling. Ruminal pH, ammonia N concentration, molar proportion propionate, ratio acetate propionate decreased (P < 0.01), total ruminal VFA concentration increased 0.01). In situ neutral detergent fiber (aNDF) degradation Leymus chinensis 0.01) crude protein (CP) soybean meal significantly improved by Se supplementation. Digestibilities DM, organic matter, protein, ether extract, aNDF, ADF tract excretion also affected feeding diets fermentation NS, conversion efficiency compared We concluded that can be as preferentially available selenium source ruminant nutrition.
