摘要: Abstract A study was made of the proteins released from embryonic chick fibroblasts in culture. Incorporation 14C amino acid into a prealbumin as well other sharing antigenic determinants with components chicken serum demonstrated by means radioimmunoelectrophoresis and radioimmunodiffusion. The release labeled cultured cells prelabeled embryo suggested that synthesize this component Evidence obtained indicating that, contrary to earlier reports, do not produce albumin or γM globulin.
