摘要: Substantial progress has been made in the last ten years understanding structural and functional organization of parasitic protozoa helminths complex physiological relationships that exist between these organisms their hosts. By employing new powerful techniques biochemistry, molecular biology immunology genomic parasites, basis parasite's variation surface antigens biosynthesis, processing, transport membrane anchoring other proteins were extensively investigated. Significant advances have also our knowledge specific often peculiar strategies intermediary metabolism, cell compartmentation, role oxygen for parasites mechanisms antiparasitic drug action. Further major fields interest are currently processes which enables to evade host's immune defense system resulted adaptations enabled survive within host environments. Various approaches biochemical parasitology immunoparasitology proven be high potential serodiagnosis, immunoprophylaxis design.
