摘要: Abstract Immunoreceptor engagement results in the sequential activation of several classes protein tyrosine kinases, including Src and Syk/Zap-70 families. Recent progress has been made our understanding regulation function these molecules. First, it was revealed that membrane compartmentation kinases may be essential for their proper biological function. Second, family were found to act not only as positive regulators, but also inhibitors cell activation. Third, appreciated Csk, a potent inhibitor is regulated by an assortment protein–protein interactions. Fourth, differences Syk Zap-70 observed, suggesting significant distinctions purpose two immunoreceptor signaling. And fifth, suggested proximal implicated immunoreceptor-mediated signal transduction degradation via binding c-Cbl, ubiquitin ligase.
