摘要: Abstract Previous results have shown that acyl-CoA synthetase is required both for the incorporation of exogenous fatty acids into phospholipids E. coli and transport cell. We demonstrated not intracellular free phospholipid. This finding indicates role this enzyme in exogenously supplied primarily at level acid transport.
